What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please cancel (using my booking application) at least 48  hours before your scheduled appointment date and time. 100% of the cost of service(s) originally scheduled will be expected to be paid if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or Card. 

What is your late policy?

​

For all appointments, I allow a 5 minute grace period. After that, it is considered a no-show, and 100% of the cost of service is due via an invoice sent to you by email and/or text. I will not be able to service you at your next appointment until this is done.

Can I add or remove any services?

Should you need to add on or remove any services, please update your appointment (through the booking application) at least 48  hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows me to provide enough time and product to accommodate you accordingly. 100% of the cost of service(s) originally scheduled will be expected to be paid if you cancel with less than 48  hours notice.
